Frank McCluskey – Chief Executive, Worldwide

Frank has an extensive background in the transportation industry and has lived and worked in various countries. He is the senior executive at Worldwide with overall responsibility for profit performance, policy, quality standards and service excellence.

Frank has been closely involved in all aspects of the moving industry for over thirty five years and has developed an extensive network of trading associates around the world. He has held senior management positions for several prominent moving companies on three continents.

He has been involved in the negotiation, development and project management of large contracts involving the packing, international movement and delivery of household goods, fine art, antiques and high value merchandise on a global basis.

Pauline Collins – International Manager

"I have been involved in the moving and forwarding industry for 18 years, which suits my personality on many levels.  To work in this industry you have to be highly organized, you must enjoy challenges and most importantly you have to like people. If you were to ask my work colleagues or friends and family they would tell you that this industry is ideal for me because I am people centric, I like to chat, and I am very, very organized.

At Cadogan Tate we pride ourselves on our ability to communicate. We understand that moving is a very stressful time but through communication we aim to remove as much of this stress as possible by communicating effectively with our clients, our worldwide agent network and our suppliers.  Any moving company can provide an A-to-B moving service; at Cadogan Tate we want our clients to have a more personal service.

In my role as International Manager I am actively engaged in managing the operation of our international moving department and have experience in all aspects of the moving process including pricing, routing, operations management, advising on import and export regulations, and dealing with customer and agency relations.  I am responsible for the move management team, a group of highly qualified move co-ordinators, and for the effective performance of the department."

Alan Hughes – General Manager, Worldwide

Alan has an extensive background in the moving industry and has lived and worked in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Botswana and South Africa. He is the deputy senior executive at Wokingham and reports directly to the Chief Executive.

Alan has been involved in many “project cargo” moves and he has extensive experience in the transportation of high end computer products and has been personally involved with the “lock stock and barrel” relocation of many financial sector and IT related companies.

Alan is responsible for the “day to day” operation of the Worldwide Division.

James Sanderson – Sales Manager

Based on a career that has involved many aspects of sales within the industry James holds the position of Sales Manager at Cadogan Tate Worldwide Moving Ltd.

James has been involved in the moving industry for over 10 years and has held various roles including time spent in forwarding, operations, sales and customer relations. James is qualified to manage transportation and logistics on a national and international basis and has developed a career path which quickly led him into senior management.

Continuing a keen interest in worldwide moving, James spent several years with a major international relocation company managing large ‘blue chip’ accounts with great success, leading to the appointment of Sales Manager. James has built a strong foundation of experience and knowledge over the years that assist him to fulfill client’s expectations and add value to the services provided by Cadogan Tate.
